MMPI在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值

Applied values of the MMPI in patients with schizophrenia

目的循证明尼苏达多项个性测查表对辅助诊断精神分裂症的临床价值,并了解精神分裂症患者的个性特征。方法采用明尼苏达多项个性测查表对400例精神分裂症患者进行测查,并与中国常模比较。结果精神分裂症患者明尼苏达多项个性测查表测试结果与中国常模之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01),明尼苏达多项个性测查表测试结果所显示的精神分裂症患者的个性特征为精神科临床提供了重要辅助诊断价值。结论明尼苏达多项个性测查表是精神科临床较好的测评工具。

Objective To explore the clinical values of the MMPI auxiliary diagnosis for schizophrenia and understand the personality characteristics of schizophrenics. Methods Measurements were conducted with the MMPI in 400 schizophrenics and compared with the Chinese norms. Results There was a significant difference in the MMPI between the patients and norms（P〈0.05 or 0.01）, personality characteristics of schizophrenics by the MMPI provided important auxiliary diagnosis value for psychiatric clinic. Conclusion The MMPI is a better test instrument in psychiatric clinic.
