头颈部游离组织瓣移植术后血管危象监测技术进展 被引量:6

New techniques in postoperative monitoring of free tissue transfers

摘要 随着显微外科技术的发展,头颈部游离组织瓣移植的成功率已达到95%左右,但仍有少数病例因术后血管危象而导致移植失败。游离组织瓣移植术后对血管危象的早期发现和及时手术探查,是确保移植成功的重要条件,而及时发现血管危象的前提是准确评估游离组织瓣的血循状况。作者对近年来头颈部游离组织瓣移植后血管危象监测的新技术进行了综述。 Recent advances in technology and improvements in microsurgical technique have led to a high success rate in microvascular free tissue transfer in oral and maxillofacial surgery. However, flap failure still occurs in 5%-10% of patients, mainly due to blood vessel thrombosis. Postoperative monitoring after free issue transfers is important and effective. In case of vascular crisis ,emergency exploration is the only effective way to salvage the failure flap. This article gave an overview to the new developments of techniques which had been used to monitor microvascular free tissue transfer both in experimental and clinical setting.
