摘要
文章首先回顾了集成电路的历史与现状,接着阐述了微处理器的发展历程,并扼要介绍了纳米时代的新技术,如应变硅、三栅晶体管、高K栅介质材料与金属栅电极、低-K介质材料、睡眠晶体管等,最后给出了集成电路产业的发展与展望。
In this paper, the history and actuality of IC is reviewed, the course of microprocessor is presented, and the new technologies of nano-era such as Strained Silicon, Tri-gate Transistor, high K gate Dielectric ＆ Metal Gates, Low-K Dielectric , Sleep transistors, are analyzed. The development and prospect of IC industry is also given at last.
