浅析美国武器装备产业调整与研发战略

Brief Study on Industry and Research Strategy of Weapon Equipment in U.S.A

在世界各国军事现代化的过程中,武器装备产业和科研投入是国家的战略性产业和核心基础。作为世界强国的美国在武器装备产业和科研上经历多次战略性的调整和重组,形成了一套完善的管理体制。文章根据武器装备发展的特点,分析了美国武器装备产业二次大调整的背景和战略指导思想以及武器装备的研发与生产体制,结合我国国情特点提出一些观点和看法以及给我们的启示。

During the modernization of global military, industry and research of weapon equipment provide the basis of strategic industry for each country. As the powerful country, American has taken several strategic readjustments and reunion on industry and research of weapon equipment, and whole management system is developed. In this paper, according to the development characterization of weapon equipment, backgrounds and guiding strategies of two readjustment on industry and research of weapon equipment were analyzed. Some ideas and revelations about our industry and research of weapon equipment were suggested according to the situation of our country.
