摘要
目的研究联合应用血管加压素和肾上腺素在院前心肺复苏时的疗效。方法78例院前心脏骤停的病人，随机分肾上腺素组（A）43例，加压素20u＋肾上腺素组（B）15例，加压素40u＋肾上腺素组（C）20例。结果自主心律恢复率和恢复时间分别是，A组14．0％，（9．1±2．8）min；B组33．3％，（5．6±2．3）min；C组40．0％，（5．0±2．4）min。统计学分析B、C组优越于A组（P〈0．05）。结论联合使用血管加压素，有利于提高院前心脏骤停病人的心肺复苏成功率。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation treated by vasopressin and adrenalin before hospital, Method 78 patients with sudden arrest of heart were randomly divided into three groups, 43 cases as group A with adrenalin, 15 cases as group B with vasopressin20u and adrenalin, 20 cases as group C were with vasopressin40u and adrenalin. Result In the success rate and time of autonomous cardiac rhythm resuscitation, the group A were 14.0%, （9.1 ±2.8） minutes , the group B were 33.3%, （5.6 ± 2. 3） minutes, and the group C were 40. 0%, （5.0 ± 2. 4） minutes. The effects in group B and group C were significantly better than that in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Vasopressin and adrenalin is very well for cardio-pulmonary resuscitation on the patient with sudden arrest of heart before hospital.
