摘要 采用顺序注射进样。氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(FI—HG—AFS),测定纺织品中痕量可萃取砷和锑。研究了载气流量、NaBH4浓度、酸度及共存元素对测定的影响。砷和锑的检出限分别为0.026μg/L和0.039μg/L;定量下限分别为1.7μg/kg和2.6μg/kg;回收率分别为91.0%-102.2%和93.8%-104.5%;相对标准偏差分别为0.52%-0.94%和0.67%-1.02%(n=8)。 A method for simultaneous determination of trace extractable arsenic and antimony in textiles by sequential injectionhydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed, The influencing factors such as flow rate of carrier gas, NaBH4 concentration, the acidity and the interference of co-exiting elements were investigated, It was found that for arsenic and antimony, the detection limit was 0. 026 μg/L and 0. 039 μg/L, LOQ was 1.7 μg/kg and 2. 6 μg/kg, the recovery range was 91.0% - 102.2% and 93. 8% - 104.5%, RSD was 0.52% -0.94% and 0.67% - 1.02%(n =8)respectively.
