摘要
REACH法规自2007年6月1日起正式实施,并陆续有若干细节出台。2008年6月1日开始预注册,在11年内完成对现有化学物质的全部注册。对于企业来说,必须充分了解如何注册、注册文件内容,并且对生产或销售的化学物质中的高度关注物申请授权并获得许可。
REACH is the new regulation on registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals. It entered into force on 1 June 2007, and pre-registration will begin from 1 June 2008 and close at 1 December 2008, the deadline for all chemicals registration is 1 June 2018. Therefore, for chemical producers, the most important thing is to find out how to register the chemicals, how to apply authorization and obtain permission of chemicals concerned about substances of very high concern. This article addressed some proposals of how to act in practical application.
