摘要
目的:体外测量2种丙烯酸树脂基暂时修复材料固化后的表面厌氧层(oxygen-inhibited layer,OIL)厚度,并观察其随时间的变化。方法:利用傅立叶转换红外光谱分析技术,首先建立树脂基体中苯环共轭双键振动峰(1583cm-1)吸光度值与树脂薄膜厚度之间的回归直线,然后测定固化后材料表面OIL中苯环共轭双键的吸光度值,代入已建立的直线回归方程中计算出不同时间点的OIL厚度。结果:2种材料树脂薄膜厚度在200μm以下时,树脂薄膜厚度与苯环共轭双键振动峰吸光度值直线相关。固化后,2种材料的表面OIL厚度在2min以内下降显著,5min后OIL厚度没有明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:树脂基暂时修复材料固化后会在表面存留一定厚度的OIL,需要进一步研究OIL厚度与树脂修补强度之间的关系。
Objective: To determine the thickness of oxygen-inhibited layer(OIL) on the surface of two kinds acrylic resin-based provisional restorative materials in vitro and OIL's thickness varying with time after curing. Methods : First, linear regression between the absorbance value of the aromatic C = C absorption peak at 1 583 cm^ - 1 and the thickness of resin film was established by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. Then the absorbance values of the aromatic C = C absorption peak in OIL on the surface of cured materials were measured. Substituted these values into established linear regression equations to obtain the thickness of OIL at the different time after curing. Results:When the thicknesses of the two resin films were below 200 μm, there were linear correlation between resin films'thickness and the absorbance value of the aromatic C = C absorption peak. After being cured, the thickness of OIL on resin surface decreased rapidly at the first 2 minutes, while the thicknesses were nearly unchanged after 5 min( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: A certain thickness of OIL will persist on the surface of resin-based provisional restorative materials after curing. Further study should focus on the relationship of the OIL's thickness and composite repaired strength.
