摘要
目的:研究L-NMMA在TMJOA发生发展过程中对关节软骨细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其对TMJOA的治疗作用。方法:采用山羊作为实验动物,以关节上腔内注射胶原酶制造TMJOA动物模型,制造模型后第4周起,在左侧关节注射L-NMMA,右侧注射生理盐水作为对照。8周时取关节标本,TUNEL染色观察软骨细胞凋亡。结果:两侧软骨细胞凋亡率有明显差异,实验侧细胞凋亡率低于对照侧。结论:L-NMMA在TMJOA发生发展过程中,对软骨细胞的凋亡起着明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To study effects of L-NMMA on apoptosis of chondrocytes in the progression of TMJOA. Methods :8 goats were used and TMJOA was induced by injection of collagenase in upper joint spaces. 4 weeks after injection, the left joints were treated with NG-monomethyl-arginine (L-NMMA). All joints were investigated by using TUNEL assay at 8 weeks after L-NMMA application. Results: There was significant difference in positive percentage of chondrocytes apoptosis between L-NMMA groups and control groups. The percentage of apoptosis chondrocytes were decreased in L-NMMA lateral joints. Conclusion :The results suggest that L-NMMA can suppress the apoptosis of chondrocytes in the progression of TMJOA.
