表面镀膜纯钛牙膏磨刷后表面粗糙度研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究纯钛铸件镀制含氢类金刚石膜H-DLC在体外刷洗实验中粗糙度、反射率、色彩的变化,为临床应用含氢类金刚石膜提供理论依据。方法:铸造纯钛试件20片,分别镀制H-DLC、TiN、阳极氧化以及空白对照,在牙刷磨耗机上刷洗75000次,对比刷洗前后的粗糙度增加值、反射率下降值、色彩变化值,并在扫描电镜下观察表面形貌。结果:4组试件中,H-DLC镀膜的粗糙度增加值、反射率下降值、色彩变化值最小(P<0.01),空白对照组的变化最大(P<0.01),阳极氧化组的色彩变化值较大与空白对照组接近(P>0.05),TiN的色彩变化值略小于H-DLC镀膜(P<0.05),各组试件在含氟与无氟牙膏处理因素之间比较,只有空白对照组的各项变化值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。扫描电镜观察空白对照与阳极氧化组试件表面刷痕明显,TiN和H-DLC镀膜表面未见明显刷痕,仅见有加工处理残留的细小痕迹。结论:与其他表面改性方法相比,刷洗实验对H-DLC镀膜的表面形态、光泽度、色彩影响最小。 Objective:To evaluate the roughness, reflectivity and color differences of several pure titanium surface modification after wearing experiment. Methods:20 casting pure titanium specimens were divided into 4 groups according to different surface modification as H-DLC, TiN, anodizing, untreated. Using toothbrushing machine to brush each specimen for 75 000 times. Compared the roughness, reflectivity and color differences before and after brushing. Observed the surface morphology by SEM. Results:The changes of roughness, reflectivity and color difference in HDLC were lower than those of other groups ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The changes of roughness, reflectivity in untreated group were higher than those of others( P 〈0.01 ). Color differences of anodizing and untreated group showed no difference, and color difference of TiN group was lower than that of H-DLC( P 〈 0.05 ). SEM results showed clear traces on the surface of untreated and anodizing group after brushing. Conclusion:Compare to other surface modification methods, H-DLC coating has the best wearing behavior.
