农民参与新型农村合作医疗意愿及影响因素

Analysis on influence factors and wills of countrymen to NCMS

目的了解农民参与新型农村合作医疗意愿及影响因素,为新型农村合作医疗的可持续性发展提供建议。方法以实地调查资料为依据,通过对不同群体意愿和影响因素进行归类分析,发现新型农村合作医疗存在的主要问题。结果参与新型农村合作医疗者认为给自己带来好处的占85.87%,未参与新型农村合作医疗者认为医院对新型农村合作医疗者收费较高,占23.04%,他们构成参与新型农村合作医疗与未参与新型农村合作医疗者最主要原因。结论通过农民参与新型合作医疗意愿分析,有针对性地提出建议,从而提高农民参加合作医疗的积极性。

Objective To find problems of New Cooperative Medical System （NCMS） and the wills of countrymen. Methods Clustering different answers to New Cooperative Medical System （NCMS） from the subjects. Resillts Most of people who take part in NCMS believed the NCMS（85.87 % ）. Among the people who don＇t take part in NCMS 23.04 % thought more payment to hospital could be needed if they took part in NCMS. Theresults were the same among whatever joining in the New Cooperative Medical System （NCMS） or not. Conclusion Through analyzing the wills of countrymen and influence factors were sugested.
