倍频固体激光治疗早期视网膜分支静脉阻塞的随访观察

Observation on Fd-Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation treatment of early branch occlusion of retinal vein

目的观察倍频固体激光早期光凝治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的疗效。方法回顾性分析经倍频固体激光早期治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞35例(35眼)的临床资料。结果35例视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者经光凝后视力提高27眼,占77%,视网膜水肿消退32眼,占91%,FFA结果提示有效者79%,中心视野暗点减少及不变者占77%。结论用倍频固体激光早期治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞中加强随访观察,及时补充光凝是治疗本病的关键。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of Fd- Nd： YAG laser photocoagulation in early treatment of branch occlusion of retinal vein. MIETHODS The early treatment effect of Fd - Nd： YAG laser photocoagulation on branch occlusion of retinal vein for 35 eyes was reviewed and analyzed. RESULTS Among 35 eyes of branch occlusion of retinal vein, visions of 27 eyes（77 % ） are improved after laser photo - coagulation; 32 eyes（91% ） of retinal edema have been cured; FFA result shows that 79 % are effective. Seventy - seven percent of central scotoma have reduced or remained. CONCLUSIONS The Fd- Nd：YAG laser photo- coagulation in early treatment of branch occlusion of retinal vein plus the emphasis on observation and the combination of laser photo - coagulation are the keys to cure this disease.
