本文从分析评价四川省“低荒”资源入手，探讨了“低荒”资源的现状和分布特点，分析了其成因并提出了开发“低荒”资源的对策．

By analyzing the characteristics of distribution,statu quo of the 'Low and Waste'resources, this paper expanded the formation of tbe 'low and waste'resources. Finlly,some exploitation countermeasures are put forwarded.
