从中医与中国文化的渊源关系论中医学术的传承与创新

Discussion on the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditonal Chinese Medicine From the Relationship of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Culture

文章结合中国文化的传统精神与中医药学术形成和发展的关系,从6个方面探讨了中医学术的传承与创新发展的关键问题:(1)注重宏观整体的认识人与时空环境的关系;(2)善于凭直觉感悟事物发展变化的内在规律;(3)主张顺应自然;(4)讲仁爱,重德诚;(5)重实践,讲实用;(6)主张"和而不同"即开放兼容、融会创新。总之,中医药学植根于中国文化而来源于实践,继承创新中医药必须以临床实践为核心,遵循中医药自身发展的规律,加强中国文化研究和教育,并主动吸收、融合现代科学技术和方法。

Together with the relationship between traditonal spirit of Chinese culture and the formation and development of tradi-tional Chinese medicine（TCM）, The paper investigated the key problems to inherit and develop science of TCM from six aspects. （1） Learning the relationship of person and nature totally; （2） Recognizing internal rule into something according to intuition; （3） Conforming to the nature; （4） Stressing the kind-hearted and caring; （5） Regarding to the practice and utility; （6） Stressing open compatible and innovation. In a word, TCM plant and grow up in Chinese culture, date from clinial parctice, so we must take clinical prac-tice as the core who inherit and innovate TCM, with conforming to self-rule of TCM, enhancing the study and education of Chinese culture, absorbing modem technology and method actively.
