三参舒心汤治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛40例临床观察

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease With Sanshenshuxin Decoction

目的:观察三参舒心汤治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效及对C反应蛋白的影响。方法:随机将90例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上予以三参舒心汤口服。观察两组治疗后心绞痛、心电图和中医证侯疗效及C反应蛋白水平。结果:治疗组在心绞痛和中医证侯疗效方面,及改善C反应蛋白水平方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),心电图疗效和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三参舒心汤配合常规西药治疗冠心病不稳定心绞疗效显著,并可以有效改善治疗后C反应蛋白水平,这可能是其疗效机理之一。

Objective： To observe the effects of Sanshenshuxin decoction on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the influence of that on C reaction protein. Methods ： Ninety patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the patients in control group were treated with common western medicine, the one in treatment group were treated with Sanshenshuxin decoction on the basis of therapy of control group, after treatment, the symptom of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram, therapeutic effect of TCM and the level of C reaction protein. Results ： The treatment group was better than control group in the symptom of angina pectoris, therapeutic effect of TCM and the level of C reaction protein, without difference in electrocardiogram between of two groups. Conclusion. Sanshenshuxin decoction has distinct effect, can improve the level of C reaction protein effectively, that may be the one of treatment mechanisms.
