保和颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Baohe Granules

目的:建立保和颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别方中山楂、连翘;用HPLC法测定陈皮中橙皮苷的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中可检出山楂、连翘的特征斑点;橙皮苷平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD%=0.65%。结论:所建方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确。

Objective ： To establish the quality standard of Baohe granules. Methods ： TLC method was used to identify Chinese hawthorn and forsythia suspense; HPLC method was used to determine aurantiamarin in orange peel. Results： The characteristic spots of Chinese hawthorn and forsythia suspense could be detected out in TLC, the average recovery of aurantiamarin was 100.13%, RSD% =0.65%. Conclusion： The methods are strong specificity, quantitative method is simple and accurate.
