慢性肾炎血尿的中医研究进展

文章阐述了现代医家对慢性肾炎血尿病因病机的认识,本病虚实夹杂,以湿热和瘀血贯穿于发病始终;其治疗以辨证分型论治为主,并结合临床单方验方、中成药制剂等,临床疗效较好。今后的研究应利用现代科学技术,宏观与微观相结合,基础研究与临床研究并重。

The paper expounded that modem doctors′ recognition for etiological factors and pathogenesis in chronic nephritis,this disease is tangled asthenia with sthenia, humid heat and blood stasis always existed from the beginning of this disease; its main therapeutic method was treatment based on syndrome differentiation and classification, together with clinical single prescription or empirical formula, Chinese patent drugs, and so on, all these had a good effects. Future studies should use modem scientific technology, and integrate macro with micro studies, pay equal attention to fundament and clinical studies as the same.
