摘要 目的探讨免疫球蛋白对癫痫大鼠脑内γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)受体数量、谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)表达和细胞凋亡的影响。方法健康SD大鼠10只为空白对照组,其余30只采用印防已毒素(PTX)腹腔注射制做大鼠癫痫模型,模型组大鼠分为癫痫模型对照组、生理盐水(NS)干预组和免疫球蛋白干预组,每组10只。第8天断头取脑分别测定大鼠脑内GABA、GAD和神经细胞凋亡数量。结果致痫大鼠发作后,脑组织GABA受体数量较对照组数量增加,GAD表达增强,凋亡细胞出现。经免疫球蛋白干预后,GABA受体数量增加明显,GAD表达也有所增强,而神经细胞凋亡数量与对照组比较明显减少。结论免疫球蛋白可通过提高GABA的数量,增强GAD的表达和阻止神经细胞凋亡来控制癫痫的发作。 Objective To study the effects of immunoglobulin on the number of GABA receptors, the expression of GAD and cell apoptosis. Methods Forty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into the blank control group, the epilepsy model control group, the epilepsy model saline (NS) pretreatment group and the epilepsy model immtmoglobulin pretreatment group. After being decapitated, the number of GABA receptors, the expression of GAD and cell apoptosis in the brains were determined. Results After seizures, the number of GABA receptors and the expression of GAD were higher in the model group than those in the control group. After immunoglobulin pre-treatment, the number of GABA receptors and the expression of GAD were significantly increased while the number of apoptosis was decreased in the model group. Conclusion Immunoglobulin can control epilepsy by enhancing the expression of GAD and blocking apoptosis.
