利用MSCT评价冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块与急性冠脉综合征的相关性 被引量:7

摘要 目的利用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)评价冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块性质与急性冠状动脉综合征的相关性。方法对临床拟诊冠心病的104例患者行冠状动脉MSCT检查,并对图像进行后处理,分析冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块成分与急性冠状动脉综合征的相关性。结果软斑块与急性冠状动脉综合征的发生有明显相关性,而钙化斑块和纤维斑块与急性冠状动脉综合征的发生无明显相关性。结论MSCT对评价冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块性质和急性冠状动脉综合征的相关性有很好的应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the correlation between coronary artery plaque and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) by multislices spiral computed tomography (MSCT). Methods 104 patients suspected of coronary heart disease were subjected to MSCT, The results were compared with the clinical appearance. Results Fatty plaque had correlations with ACS ( P 〈 0. 05), but calcified and fibre plaque had no dose correlations with ACS ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion MSCT is considered suitable for evaluation of the correlations between coronary artery plaque and ACS.
