八氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液对改善左心室内膜边界显影作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用超声技术观察第2代声学造影剂八氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液对心内膜临床使用的有效性和安全性。方法将45例透声较差、心内膜显示不清的患者,分别静脉注射八氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液0.01mL/Kg进行实时声学造影,评价心内膜缘显影改善情况。结果内膜显影改善率为96.9%,且对心电图、血压、呼吸、心率、血常规、尿常规、肝、肾功能等均无影响。结论八氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液,能够明显地改善心内膜边缘显像。 Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of human albumin micrespheres,injectable suspension octfluoropropane formulation for left ventricalar endocardial border delineation(LVEBD). Methods Forty-five patients with suboptimal echocardiography were enrolled in this study. Each patient received 0.01 ml/kg human albumin micrespheres, injectable suspension octfluoropropane formulation. Twelve segments in apical four-and two-chamber views were scored for LVEBD. Results LVEBD was significantly improved in 96.9% segments. There were no significant changes of electrocardiogram, heart rates, blood pressure, respiratory,blood routine,urine routine,fiver function and kidney function observed after treatments. Conclusions Albumin micrespheres,injectable suspension octfluoropropane formulation is safe and valuable for LVEBD assessment.
