大动脉僵硬度与老年急性冠状动脉综合征的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者主动脉僵硬度的改变及其相关因素。方珐308例老年ACS患者(ACS组),男203例,女105倒,62~91岁,平均(66.78±9.70)岁。对照组138例,男86例,女52倒,61~89岁,平均(64.57±9.37)岁。应用脉搏波速度自动测量系统测量颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度(PWV)作为反映主动脉僵硬度的参数,同时通过外周肱动脉压力测定收缩压和舒张压并计算脉压。结果ACS组PWV值明显高于对照组(12.16±2.08vs10.21±2.36,P〈0.01),ACS组收缩压和脉压明显大于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论ACS患者动脉僵硬度增高,收缩压、脉压与大动脉僵硬度密切相关。 Objective To explore the changes of arterial stiffness and their relative factors in aged patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods 308 aged patients with ACS, aged 62 to 91 years (average 66.78 ± 9.70 years, 203 males, and 105 females) and 138 aged subjects with normal coronary arteries, aged 61 to 89 (average 64.57 ±9.37 years, 86 males, and 52 females) were enrolled in this study. Brachial systolic and diastolic blood pressures were determined. Results Compared with the control group, the PWV value was significantly increased in the ACS patients( 12.16 ± 2.08 vs 10.21 ±2.36, P 〈 0.01), and the systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were significantly higher in the ACS patients (both P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Arterial stiffness is significantly increased in patients with ACS, and SBP and PP are closely related to arterial stiffness.
