经皮颈椎间盘穿刺手术前准备及术后24小时护理

The preparation before percutaneous puncture cervical disc and the 24-hour nursing after the operation

颈部解剖关系复杂,重要组织多,手术要求高。我院自2003年10月-2006年2月共施行经皮颈椎间盘穿刺手术16例,认真进行术前准备和术后护理,术前准备包括心理护理,床上肢体功能锻炼,术前二便训练,气管食管推移训练。术后护理包括密切观察生命体征,减少呼吸道分泌物,防止卧床发生压疮,积极预防脊髓反应性水肿。文章对如何早期预防并发症进行了讨论。

The relationship of neck anatomy is complicated, since there are many important tissues and the requirements of the operation are quite high. From Oct. 2003 to Feb. 2006, our hospital had performed 16 percutaneous puncture cervical disc.We made careful preparations and after-operation nursing. Preparations included phycological nursing, on-bed limb function practice, stool and urine trainning before operation, and the developing training of windpipe and gullet. After-operation nursing involved closely observing the life sign, reducing the secrete of the respiratory tract, preventing pressing the ulcerate inbed, and actively preventing reactional oedema of spinal cord. This paper holds a discussion about how to prevent the complication of the disease previously.
