氮素用量对烤烟生长发育及产质量影响的研究 被引量:49

摘要 本研究结果表明,随氮素用量的增加,烤烟地上部的生长速度、茎粗、叶面积指数均增加,但各个时期变化程度不尽相同;除团棵期外,其余各期均随氮用量增加,硝酸还原酶活力有提高趋势,特别在旺长期,这一趋势更明显,因此可通过测定硝酸还原酶活力探知氮素水平;随氮素用量增加,叶绿素含量均增加,但到生长中后期以施60kg/hm2纯氮处理叶绿素含量适中,能正常落黄成熟;施60kg/hm2纯氮处理几种化学成分比值优于其它处理,内在品质颇佳;施60kg/hm2纯氮素处理产量适中,产值最高,90kg/hm2纯氮处理次之。 The results of this experiment indicated that growth rate, stem diameter and LAI of flued cured tobacco during the whole period of growth increased with the increase of nitrogen amount, however, the increasing extents at different growth stages were different except for balling stage. NR activity showed increasing trend along with the increase of nitrogen amount,especially at the vigorous growth stage, therefore, nitrogen level can be known by determinating NR activity. Chlorophyll content increased along with the increase of nitrogen amount, but to the late middle stage of growth, the Content was optimum under the condition of 60kg/hm 2 N, which led to nomal maturity. The ratios of several components and internal quality of 60kg/hm 2 N were suprior to those of other treatments. The yield under 60kg/hm 2 N was mederate and output value was the highest, while the effect of 90kg/hm 2 N was next to it.
