恶性组织细胞病与淋巴瘤

摘要 恶性组织细胞病（MH）在WHO新的淋巴组织与造血组织肿瘤分类中已不存在。实验研究证明，MH实质为间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤或噬血细胞淋巴组织细胞增生症。间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤划归非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一个亚型，是一种T细胞性淋巴瘤。但近年来，仍有相当数量有关MH的文献报道，并对现阶段MH的诊断提出了明确的建议。
