肠凝集素-1一种与代谢调节相关的脂肪细胞因子
摘要
肠凝集素-1是近年发现的一种新的脂肪细胞因子,主要在网膜脂肪组织和小肠上皮细胞中表达,可能在阻止肠道消化酶丢失、防止肠道微生物感染和细菌移位等方面发挥一定作用;在人类原发性间皮瘤组织中发现其表达明显增强。最近发现其参与胰岛素作用下的代谢调节,肥胖人群的血浆浓度明显下降,对该调节作用机制的进一步研究和阐述可能会给肥胖和糖尿病的治疗提供新的靶点和策略。
