合采井分层产量确定方法研究 被引量:13

摘要 分层产量劈分技术是油藏动态分析和数值模拟的基础,目前主要有试油、生产测井、地质分析以及油藏地球化学方法。为此,孤东采油厂研发了智能分层测试技术,安装一套具有防砂功能的井下智能开关,配合多级封隔器,进行分层测试或轮替采油,可以完整地录取油井分层产量、含水、压力、流体性质及储层参数的变化等资料,测取资料齐全,节约作业时间,降低作业费用,避免了井筒干扰和压井液的影响。引进了气相色谱分层产量劈分技术,基于油藏流体的差异,利用高灵敏检测器将原油组分逐一分离、测定其含量,辨别和对比色谱指纹,根据不同储层原油的成分差别确定其对合采层系的贡献,从而确定分层产量。气相色谱法成本低、耗时短,不影响产量,精确度较高。 The bisection technology of selective zone production is the base of reservoir dynamic analysis and numerical modeling.At present,it takes the formation testing,production logging,geological analysis and reservoir geochemistry as the main method.An intelligent zonal testing technology is developed by Gudong Oil Production Plant.A suit of downhole intelligent switches with sand control function are equipped combining with multilevel packer to carry on zonal testing or spelling production,which can acquire the data of selective zone production,water cut,pressure,fluid property and reservoir parameter change and can save the operation time and operating cost to avoid wellbore interference or fracturing fluid influence.Based on the reservoir fluid difference,the gas chromatographic technique is introduced.Using high sensitivity detector,the crude oil composition is separated one by one,its content is determined ,and the chromatographic fingerprint is discerned and contrasted.According to the oil composition difference in different reservoir,the devotion of commingled producing well to producing zone is defined,determining the selective zone production.Gas chromatographic technique has the features as low cost,short time,no production influence and high precision.
