沙盘对抗和模拟企业在财务实践教学中的应用

为了提高高职财务管理专业学生的综合能力,在实践教学中以实训教学为基础,开设了沙盘对抗和模拟企业两个实训模块。对这两个模块的功能、组成部分、运行流程做了详细介绍。通过这两个模块的实训,学生的理论知识在实验中得到了应用,动手能力、创新能力、创造能力和团队合作精神得到了提高。

In order to enhance the comprehensive ability of vocational college students who major in financial management, the two experimental modules of Sand Table Exercises and Simulated Enterprises are designed on the basis of experimental training in practice teaching. This paper provides a detailed description of the functions, components and operation flows of the two modules. Through the training of these two modules, the students can apply their theoretical knowledge to practice; meanwhile, they can also make rapid progress in practical operation, innovation, creativity and cooperation.
