摘要
《通典》是现存第一部典制体通史,其思想价值极为丰富,如重视发展改革的经济思想;包涵人类社会不断发展变化史学观的史学思想;重视百姓的民本思想;认识到募兵制弊端的军事思想;强调礼法的礼治思想等。
《Tong Dian》 （Classical Records of General History） is Chinag first book of comprehensive history written in a classical style with valuable thoughts, including the economic thought that emphases should be put on development and reform, the historic thought that human society is keeping on development, the people-oriented thought that common people should be respected; the military viewpoint that conscription systems have some shortcomings, and the government-by-rites thought that the society should be governed bv rites and laws.
