高校信息化建设存在的问题和对策

Application of information technology in colleges

信息化建设对高等教育改革与发展起着推动作用,表现在教育思想、教学模式、人才培养模式、教育规模、教育效益等方面。高校在信息化建设中也存在着一些问题:教育观念落后、信息化投资效益不高、缺乏统一规划和标准、资源配置结构不合理、夸大信息技术的作用、信息素质教育力度不够等。针对这些现象,要从加强信息化建设总体规划、注重投资成本与利用效益的核算,提高信息技术的实效性,加强信息资源的建设和利用,加强师资建设,重视信息化人才培养等5方面加以改进。

The application of information technology （IT） plays an important part in driving the reform and development of colleges, especially in the aspects of education thoughts, teaching modes, professional training patterns, education scales, education benefits and so on. But, for the application of IT in colleges, there are still some problems, such as out-of-date education concepts, low benefits of in- vestment in IT application, no unified norms or standards, irrational structures of resources distribution, exaggeration of the functions of IT, weak education on information quality, and so on. By analyzing these problems, this paper provides solutions from the following five aspects： to make an overall plan for the application of IT, to account the cost of investment and the efficiency of IT utilization, to improve the actual effects of IT, to collect and make full use of information resources, to improve the quality of teachers and to provide training courses for those working for the application of IT.
