做好高校信息报送工作的几点思考

On information reporting in colleges

简要回顾了西安欧亚学院信息工作近年来所取得的主要成绩,并结合实践探索了进一步做好信息报送工作几点好的做法,即:重新认识和定位信息报送的作用,树立和强化质量观念;立足全局,从中心、重点的层次和高度开发有价值的信息;坚持实事求是的原则,彻底摒除报喜不报忧的思想;注重及时和适时报送;应用信息化手段,不断拓宽信息报送渠道,提高效率。

This paper briefly reviews the achievements Xi＇an Eurasia University has gained in information reporting in recent years, and provides some good measures in terms of practice that can be taken to improve information reporting. The measures include the following： to strengthen the sense of quality by re-recognizing and re-locating the role of information reporting; to develop valuable information at a higher level from the aspect of central and key missions while concerning the global situation ; to reject the practice of only reporting favorable information by persisting in the principle of honoring the facts ; to keep on widening the channels of information reporting and increasing the efficiency by adopting information technology.
