摘要
讨论了炼铁高炉轴流压缩机组监控系统的设计方法、各控制模块的功能以及风机静叶可调控制系统无扰动切换的实现方法;提出了防喘振与逆流保护的控制方案。通过过程控制软件对风机静叶和防喘阀的有效控制,克服以往控制方案中存在的缺陷,满足高炉对风压、风量的要求。
The design methods of axial blast furnace blower supervision system, functions of control modules as well as the realization of undisturbed switching of adjustable vane control system are discussed. The control methods for preventing the surge of axial blower and adverse current protection are presented. The stator blades and anti-surge valves are effectively controlled with processing control solftware, which overcomes the faults in the old control method, and the demands for air pressure and quantity from blast furnace can be met.
