摘要
通过实地勘察,对滦河中下游防洪设施存在的问题作了分析,提出了该段的主要防洪措施。
Through collecting the first-hand data,reconnaissance and survey,the paper analyses the existing prohlems in preventing and controlling floods in the middle of Luan River and puts forward the corresponding measures.
