阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征呼吸力学研究进展

Progress of respiratory mechanical investigation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的重要机制就是发病时出现上气道的阻塞,因此其对呼吸力学有着重要影响,由于其上气道的狭窄以及上气道扩张肌活性、上气道内外压力、上气道液体表面张力等多种因素导致的可陷闭性增加使得气道压力、阻力、肺容量,以及呼吸流速等一系列重要的呼吸力学要素都发生了显著改变,而深刻认识这些变化对于指导OSAHS患者的监测和治疗有着重要意义。 The main mechanism in patients with obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is upper airway obstruction at the onset, so it has important influence on respiratory mechanics. With upper airway becoming narrow and oropharyngeal collapsibility rising from changes of activity of dilatation muscles of upper airway,upper airway pressure and surface tension of upper airway lining liquid,a series of important respiratory mechanical factors including airway pressure,airway resistance,lung volume, and breath flow were all changed significantly. So knowledge of these changes is very necessarily to guide monitoring and treatment in patients with OSAHS.
