Src抑制的蛋白激酶C底物与炎性肺组织损伤

摘要 Src抑制的蛋白激酶C底物是一种新发现的细胞支架蛋白,亦是一种脂多糖反应蛋白,和炎症反应密切相关,可能参与了炎症所致的肺组织损伤。它和炎症所致肺血管损伤相关信号转导机制有着密切的关系,如蛋白激酶C、酪氨酸蛋白激酶、G蛋白耦联受体相关的信号通路,可能具有调节血管通透性的作用。通过对其的研究,能为急性肺损伤的防治提供新的理论依据。 Src-suppressed C kinase substrate is a novel scaffolding protein, as well as a lipopolysaccharide-responsive protein. It is associated with inflammatory reaction, suggesting that it may play a role in inflammation-induced pulmonary tissue damage. It is correlated with signal transduction of inflammation-induced injury of pulmonary vessels,as the signal transduction dependent on protein kinase C, tyrosine protein kinase or G protein-coupled receptors. It may have a function of regulating the vasopermeability. Investigation can provide a new theoretical basis for the prevention and cure of acute lung injury.
