阴离子交换蛋白AE3结构和功能的研究进展

摘要 阴离子交换蛋白3(anion exchanger protein 3,AE3)是AE基因家族成员之一,在体内通过介导Cl^-/HCO3^-的可逆性跨膜交换维持细胞离子稳态、细胞内的正常容积和细胞内[Cl^-]、pH值等的调节,主要分布在心脏和脑中,表现不同的生理作用。AE家族成员较多,包括AE1—4,其中以对AE1(带3蛋白)结构和功能的研究为最多。AE3的研究是在与AE1的对比中进一步研究和深入的。关于AE3的研究国内鲜少报道,本文就目前关于AE3的结构和功能研究现状作一综述。 Anion exchanger protein 3 is one of anion exchanger gene family members, which participate in the regulation of intracellular Cl^-, pH ,cell volume and ion homeostasis in vivo by reversibte transmembrane Cl^-/HCO3^- exchange. AE3 is mainly distributed in heart and brain and shows different physiological functions. There are several family numbers containing AE1-4, in the four members, the more researches are about the structure and function of anion exchanger 1. AE3 is investigated in contrast with AE1, Howerver, there is few domestic report about AE3, therefore, the dometic investigators should be given attention to AE3 adequately in the future. In this paper, roles of AE3 on structure and function are reviewed.
