摘要
用20mmol/L CaCl2喷施苜蓿幼苗并进行不同土壤含水量条件的干旱胁迫,研究了几种抗旱相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:钙提高了苜蓿叶片相对含水量、根系活力和脯氨酸含量,减轻了细胞膜伤害及丙二醛的积累,提高了苜蓿的抗旱性。
Alfalfa seedling was spurted with 20mmol/L CaCl2, and stressed under different water moisture, the indexes of drought resisting were observed. The results showed that calcium could increase the relative water content of alfalfa, vigor of root and the content of proline, alleviate harm of membrane penetration and accumulate malonaldehyde (MDA). These results indicated that calcium may increase the drought resisting of alfalfa.
