摘要 Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体纳米晶与聚合物的复合物在光电器件领域的应用近年来成为国内外研究的热点。综述了近几年来半导体纳米晶/共轭聚合物在有机/无机复合电致发光器件和太阳能电池方面的应用进展情况,着重强调了其发展历程,并对其存在的问题进行了分析,展望了其发展前景。 In recent years, the applications of Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductor nanocrystals in combination with polymer in the fields of optoelectronic devices have become the research focus in the domestic and overseas areas. In this paper, based on the applications of semiconductor nanocrystal/polymer composites in the electroluminescent devices and solar cells, recent progress in this field is reviewed. Particularly, the development course in this field is emphasized, and the problems are analyzed and the perspective of the development is viewed.
