摘要
主要研究了以纯镍粉(99.99%)为原料,采用高能球磨法制备纳米镍体材料。球磨得到的试样的平均晶粒尺寸在20.8~26.5nm;不同球料比的试样的显微硬度均存在一个相同的规律,即随着球磨时间的延长,显微硬度呈现出周期性硬化、软化趋势,且随着球磨的继续进行将最终趋于一个稳定值状态;平均显微硬度与晶粒尺寸之间也符合正Hall—Petch关系。
In this study, nanocrystalline nickel bulk material is prepared by the method of high energy ball- milling using pure nickel powder(99.99%) as the raw material. The results indicate that the mean grain size of nc sample is between 20. 8nm to 26.5nm and there is a rule in samples with different ball-to-powder weight ratios between microhardness and ball-milling time, that is the microhardness is periodically strengthened and softened with the elonga- tion of ball-milling time and finally it would get to a steady state. And the relation between grain size and microhardness meet the Hall-Petch relation well.
