摘要
介绍了微波加热的基本原理,对微波技术在纳米二氧化钛材料制备中的应用与研究进展进行了比较全面的综述。着重介绍了与微波有关的纳米二氧化钛材料制备方法,包括微波水解法、微波水热法、微波沉淀法、微波干燥法、微波烧结法、微波等离子气相法,并就这些合成方法的作用机理、特点和影响因素进行了讨论。
The fundamental principle of microwave heating is introduced in this paper. The present status and recent advances of study on the applications of microwave in preparing nanosized TiO2 materials are reviewed. Some preparation methods of nanosized TiO2 materials involving microwave including microwave hydrolysis, microwave hy- drotherrnal synthesis, precipitation under microwave, microwave drying, microwave sintering and plasma vapor synthesis under microwave are outlined. Meanwhile, the principles, characteristics and influencing factors of microwave synthesis are discussed.
