摘要
经实验摸索再经均匀试验和正交试验研究。研制出热电材料NaCo_2O_4的热压烧结工艺。试验结果表明,所用的热压烧结工艺可明显降低压制压力、烧结温度及缩短烧结时间,具有显著的活化烧结功效,且可保持原有的组织结构。热压烧结体组织疏松、有较多的孔隙,是降低热导率提高热电性能的有效措施和良好结果。
The best hot-pressing sintering process of the thermoelectric material NaCo2O4 is confirmed by use of the uniform experiment and the orthogonal experiment. It is verified that the hot-pressing sintering process has the function of activate sintering in the hot-pressing experiment, because the temperature, pressure and time of the hot- pressing sintering are decreased obviously,and it can remain the original structure. The thermoelectric property can be improved by the hot-pressing sintering process because of a lot of small holes and loosen construction in blank sample.
