摘要
以工业硅溶胶为硅源,采用溶胶一凝胶技术和滴液成球法制备了多孔SiO_2/壳聚糖复合小球,研究了N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的引入对复合小球性质的影响。利用FTIR、SEM和BET吸附对小球的微观结构、形貌和性质进行了研究。结果表明,多孔SiO_2/壳聚糖复合小球是直径为1.93~2.61m、密度为0.435~0.447g/cm^3的轻质多孔球体,其比表面积为134.11~174.53 m^2/g,孔径分布在5~55nm。引入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺后,小球的孔径减小,比表面积增大。
Using industrial silica sols as raw material, porous SiO2/chitosan composite spherules are prepared by a spherule-dropping technology during sol-gel process. The effect of N, N-dimethylformamide on perpoties of spherules is studied. The microstructure, morphology and properties of the spherules are characterized by FTIR, SEM and BET measurements. The results indicate that SiO2/chitosan composite spherules are light weight balls, with the diameter of 1.93-2.61mm and the density of 0.435-0.447g/cm^3. The pore diameter of the spherules is in the range of 5-55nm, and the specific surface area is about 134.11-174.53m^2/g. The pore size of spherules decreases as N, N-dime- thylformamide is added, but the surface area increases.
