摘要
羟乙基甲壳素是甲壳素的一种水溶性醚化产物,采用气固相制备方法可以得到醚化度高、水溶性好的羟乙基甲壳素。研究了羟乙基甲壳素水溶液在不同温度、不同浓度和不同醚化度下的流变特性,结果表明羟乙基甲壳素水溶液为非牛顿流体,非牛顿指数在0.83~0.98之间,粘流活化能在18~33kJ/mol之间,结构黏度指数在0.47~2.26之间,松弛时间随着剪切速率的增大而逐渐缩短。
Hydroxyethyl chitin is an aether production of chitirn. Water soluble hydroxyethyl chitin which has high etherification degree can be obtained by the gas-solid reaction with ethylene oxide. The effect of different concentrations and temperatures of solution and substituting degrees of hydroxyethyl chitin on its flow behavior is investigated. The results show that hydroxyethyl chitin water solution is non-Newtonian fluid. The non-Newtonian index of solution varies from 0.83 to 0.98. The viscous activation energy of solution varies from 18kJ/mol to 33kJ/mol. The struc- tural viscosity index of solution varies 0.47 to 2.26. The relaxation time of solution increases with the decrease of shear rate.
