摘要
Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金是广泛应用于航空航天工业的结构材料。概述了微量Ag对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织与性能的作用机理。根据相关文献,加入Ag后,促进了时效过渡相的形成,提高了GP区和过渡相的稳定性,提高了合金的焊接性能。另一方面,向合金中添加微量Ag会促进粗大相的形成,消耗主要强化元素Zn、Mg,降低合金的拉伸性能。结合国内外含Ag铝合金的研究,指出了今后含Ag的7000系铝合金的发展方向。
A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys are widely used as structure materials in aeroplane industry. The mechanism of Ag element affecting the microstructure and properties of A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys is investigated in this paper. According to the related papers, small addition of Ag enhances the formation of metastable phases and stabilizes GP zones and met- astable phases to a higher temperature, and it also improves the weldability for the A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys. On the other hand, small addition of Ag promotes the formation of coarse constituent particles within the alloys and consumes main hardening alloying elements of Zn and Mg, which will decrease the mechanical properties of the A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys. Based on domestic and overseas research on aluminium alloys containing Ag, some suggestions for the further exploration of 7000 series aluminium alloys containing Ag are put foward.
