Cu基大块非晶合金的热力学预测

Thermodynamic Prediction of Cu-based Bulk Metallic Glasses

摘要 利用Miedema理论和几何模型计算了三元合金Cu-Zr-Al、Cu-Hf-Al、Cu-Hf-Zr的形成焓。讨论了形成焓对Cu基非晶合金形成能力的影响,并将计算结果与已有的实验结果进行了比较,发现二者较吻合。 Miedema theory and geometrical model are used to calculate the formation enthalpies of ternary al- loys Cu-Zr-A1,Cu-Hf-A1 and Cu-Hf-Zr. The effect of the formation enthalpies on the glass-forming ability of Cu-based bulk metallic glasses is discussed. The calculated results are consistent well with the available experimental data.
