摘要
室温下,对3种密度的聚苯乙烯泡沫(Expanded polystyrene,简称EPS)进行了一系列单轴压缩蠕变实验。实验结果表明,同密度的EPS其蠕变量值随着应力水平的增大而增大,同应力水平下的EPS其蠕变量值随着密度的增大而减小。在实验的基础上,根据弹性-黏弹性对应原理,使用求解黏弹性问题的积分变换方法(Laplace逆变换),建立了包含密度影响的EPS压缩蠕变模型。
At room-temperature,a series of experimental researches are carried out on the compression creep of expanded polystyrene (EPS) with three kinds of densities. The results of experiments show that in the range of this experiment, the creep values of EPS with the same density increase with the increasing of the stress level and the creep value of EPS with the same stress level decreases with the increasing of the density. Based on these experimental re- sults, according to the elasticity-viscoelasticity correspondence, using the method of integral transforms(namely numeri- cal inversion of the Laplace transform), the EPS compression creep model with density effect is built up.
