摘要
采用A/O^2—MBR组合处理冷轧含油废水,并应用固定化微生物技术克服了常规膜处理中"油封"对膜表面造成的污染,获得了一个长效、稳定的膜通量和高效的处理成果,出水COD_(Cr)<70 mg/L,出水水质可达《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。
Combined process of A/O^2 and MBR was applied to treat oil-contained wastewater from steel cold-rolling mill. Fixed microorganism was used to eliminate the pollution on the surface of the membrane caused by so-called oil seal. So long term and stably membrane flux and high effective treatment were obtained. The CODMn was less than 70 mg/L in effluent, which was quite enough to meet the requirement of class I of the national Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
