摘要 近年研究发现,在肌腱损伤修复过程中一些细胞生长因子起着极其重要的作用。通过对细胞生长因子合理调控有望成为一种促进肌腱愈合,减少肌腱粘连的新方法。随着细胞生物学、分子生物学、基因学、组织工程学等学科研究的不断深入,对这方面的研究有了更高更深的认识。现就有关细胞生长因子在肌腱损伤修复中作用的研究简要综述。 Recent researches showed that some cell growth factors play very important role in tendon repair, Reasonable regulation of cell growth factor maybe a new method to promote tendon healing as well as to reduce the adhension of tendon, With the further study of many subjects such as cell biology, molecular biology, genomics, tissue engineering and so on, researches on this aspect had achieved further and more profound recognition, This article reviews researches about effects of cell growth factors on tendon repair.
