缺氧缺血环境中的小胶质细胞介导的反应 被引量:9

摘要 近年来随着研究的不断深入,越来越多的证据表明小胶质细胞在缺氧缺血环境中参与了神经系统的各种损伤和修复过程,但其具体活化途径和效应发挥机制还有待进一步探究。小胶质细胞所介导的反应与脑缺氧缺血疾病的关系已被肯定,可望通过干预小胶质细胞的免疫炎性反应以减少病理损害,为临床治疗脑缺血性疾病提供新的思路。 With the deepening study in recent years, evidence accumulated showed that microglia in the environment of ischerrfia and hypoxia took part in the kinds of injury and repair of nervous system, but its specific activated pathway and effective mechanism need further studying. The relationship of microglia mediated reaction with cerebral anoxic as well as ischemic diseases had been known. To reduce the pathological damage by interfering immunological reaction of rrficroglia will provide new idea for the clinical therapy of cerebral ischemic and anoxic diseases.
