摘要 整合素是细胞表面的一种黏附因子,它通过介导细胞与细胞,细胞与细胞外基质间的相互作用参与细胞的多种生理活动。整合素与肿瘤的发生、发展以及侵润转移关系十分密切。近年来正成为研究的重点和热点,而卵巢癌仍旧是妇科恶性肿瘤疾病的主要死亡原因。现仅就整合素与卵巢癌的研究现状进行综述。 Integrin is a kind of cellular adhesion molecules on cell surface,which takes part in many physiological activities by mediating interactions between cells and cell as well as cells and extracellular matrix. Integrin has close relationship with many tumors of their genesis, development and metastasis. It is becoming investigative emphasis and hot spot. Ovarian carcinoma continues to be the leading cause of death in malignant cancer of gynecology. Now this articles just reviews the present status of relationship between integrin and ovarian cancer.
