摘要 沙眼衣原体是世界上最流行的性传播性疾病的病原体,它不仅是沙眼,也是非淋菌性尿道炎、宫颈炎、子宫内膜炎、盆腔炎、新生儿包涵体结膜炎、婴儿肺炎等的病原体。沙眼衣原体感染的诊断主要取决病原学检查,实验室诊断方法主要有涂片镜检法、接种培养法、抗原抗体检测法、核酸检测法等。综述沙眼衣原体的实验室研究现状,为临床检验和实验研究提供参考。 Chlamydia trachomatis is the most prevalent pathogen of sexually transmissible disease in the world, which is not only the pathogen of trachoma, but also the pathogen of Non-gonococcus rethfitis, cervicitis, endomatritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, neonatal inclusion kit uveitis, infant pneumonia and so on. The diagnosis of Chlamydia trachomatis infection depends on pathogenic examination. Laboratory diagnostic methods mainly includes smear, inoculated culture, antigen-antibedy detection, nucleic acid detection and so on. This article reviews Chlamydia trachomatis about its current situation of laboratory research in order to provide reference for clinical examination and experimental study.
